We live in a time where we can connect to anyone – anywhere in the world, with the touch of a button – in most cases in seconds – what a gift. We have landline phones, cell phones, text messags emails, video conferencing, and the list goes on. We live in busy hectic times, and we all try our best to be organized and synchronized and finish the list, but we seem as a society to be taking less and less time to connect with ourselves, spirit and each other. With all of the beeps buzzing and noise, how can we? One way to start connecting a little bit more is to take some days and just “unplug,” now if you have children turning off all phones, computers, televisions, mp3s, and iPods may be a challenge, but well worth it.
It really does help for us to get in touch with what we need to hear sometimes we are very busy talking we forget to connect and listen and have the message resonate the best time to unplug is now. Unplug and connect
We can, in the moment of quiet, hear spirit.
